Lent Appeal – 40p for 40 days – to support Bwanja Primary School staff House - Phase 2 – see attached/poster on noticeboard for details of appeal. It is hoped very much that St Marks Church parishioners will once again demonstrate their generosity. There are several ways in which you may contribute. (40p for 40 days = £16) You can send contributions to St Marks main bank account (sort 40-17-22, account 81237403, name Highcliffe Parochial Church Council (St Marks seems to work as well for cheques)) marked as “Kinkiizi”. The St Marks Treasurer can deal with them from there, and reclaim gift aid where appropriate. Alternatively cash or cheques can be put in a yellow envelope marked with “K” for Kinkiizi in church. However, in these cases the church pays processing charges for banking. Online bank transfers are much easier to manage and safer. Cheques may be posted to The Treasurer, St Marks Church, Highcliffe. Please include a note “For Kinkiizi” so that Francis, our Treasurer, will know your intention. Thank you for your generosity. Please also see details of our Kinkiizi prayer morning at the end of the month. Details will also be on the noticeboards.
