There are two churchyards around the church which are maintained by the people who attend St Mark’s church and ordered according to Winchester Diocesan regulations. Because of their age there is now limited room for new burials in the ‘new’ churchyard. In the ‘old’ churchyard, immediately surrounding the church, the reopening of family graves is the only option for new burials.
Graves of historical note in the ‘old’ churchyard are those of the Selfridge family, Colonel A.S. Cameron V.C., and Field Marshall Sir Charles Comyn Egerton.
